How do I send invoices to my finance team?
Your finance or accounting teammates do not need a Rollbar account to get copies of your Rollbar invoices emailed to them. Note, they will not get any project data or alerts. Here is how you sign up those users to get invoices sent their way:
- Click your user icon in the bottom left to open the menu
- Click on
Your Plan and Billing
- Click on the
Payment Details
button in theSubscription
section
- This will bring you to your payment details page.
- Simply add the email(s) of people you want to receive invoices.
- To enter multiple emails, separate them with a comma for example:
[email protected], [email protected]
.

button when you have finished adding details.
How do I add additional details to my invoices?
You can add additional details to your invoices by adding this data to the Extra Billing Info
section to your invoices. This can be whatever data you require on your invoices, such as a VAT number or address. This extra billing information is automatically applied to any future invoices. If you need this information added to your past invoices, then please contact Rollbar's support team here.
Here is how you can add this additional details to your invoices:
- Click your user icon in the bottom left to open the menu
- Click on
Your Plan and Billing
- Click on the
Payment Details
button in theSubscription
section
- This will bring you to your payment details page.
- Simply add the data you need in the
Extra Billing Info
section. - Click the
Save
button when you have finished adding details.
How do I find my invoices?
Rollbar makes it simple to view and retrieve your current & past invoices. The invoices include any previous bills & payment receipts. Any of your Rollbar members in your Owners
team would be able to access your invoices. To do this they can:
- Click your user icon in the bottom left to open the menu
- Click on
Your Plan and Billing
- This will navigate you to your plan settings.
- Click on the
Invoices
button in theSubscription
section.
- This takes you to your list of invoices to review.
- If you want to look at a specific invoice, click on the
View
button next in the invoice.
- You can download your invoice as a PDF or HTML file by clicking the
Download as PDF
orDownload as HTML
buttons near the bottom of the page. - Additionally, you can download your Usage Detail Reports by clicking on the links at the bottom of the page.
