Get metrics for a list of items

Get metrics for a provided list of item IDs.
The endpoint follows search/query semantics as a POST request
using project read access token, or account read access token with a project_id.

`project_ids` that the token can't read are left out of the query, and the request is refused only when none are left. Also returned when the account's plan doesn't include the Metrics API.

400The request could not be parsed, or a parameter is not in a form the endpoint accepts.

401The access token is missing, or is not in the form of a Rollbar access token.

403The access token is not authorized for any of the requested projects. Projects in project_ids that the token can't read are left out of the query, and the request is refused only when none are left. Also returned when the account's plan doesn't include the Metrics API.

429The access token is over its rate limit.
